About Render Cleaning
We use a process called soft washing. Our process is suitable for almost any render surface for example monocouche (K-Rend, Webber, Fassa), Thin coat acrylic, sand cement mix, dash and painted render as we can tailor the chemicals we use to the surface in question. If we foresee any potential issues, we will let you know in advance.
What We Will Do
We will clean the outside surfaces of your property from the outside surface of the gutter, fascias, external render down to the ground. If there’s any additional walls or outbuildings, we will agree this with you in advance.
We will treat the walls with our chemical mix that will kill and remove mould, algae, and other organic stains from the surface making a noticeable difference to the property. We will then rinse the chemicals off the wall and where necessary repeat the process until we achieve the desired result.
Before we leave, we will rinse away chemicals from windows, doors, steps, driveways, paths, etc leaving your property safe, clean and tidy.
